The consolidation saving

Price tiers are based on the total order, not per location. Ten stores ordering a carton each individually pay $3.87 a can. The same ten cartons on one purchase order pay $3.45. Identical product, identical volume, identical month — the only difference is that it went on one invoice.

Scale that up and it compounds. Thirty cartons across your estate lands at $2.85 rather than $3.87, which is over a dollar a can on nearly 2,700 cans.

Assortment across locations

Your stores won't all sell the same thing, and that's fine — there's no per-flavor minimum, so one order can carry fifteen flavors and be split however you like on arrival. A downtown store and a highway store can get completely different mixes off the same purchase order.

If some of your locations compete with each other or with the same nearby independents, splitting PIK and OVNS across them gives each store something the other doesn't have.

Restocking rhythm

Five business days on reorders means you can run leaner inventory per site than you would with an imported product. Most operators settle into a monthly consolidated order once they've seen a few weeks of sell-through data.
