How the packing works

Everything is built on the same three units, so you can plan van space and shelf space before you order:

• Sleeve — 5 cans. The unit your retailers will actually merchandise.
• Carton — 18 sleeves, 90 cans. The minimum order and the unit pricing is banded on.
• Master carton — 4 cartons, 360 cans. What most route distributors buy in.

Pallet quantities are quoted per order, since the mix of flavors and strengths changes the layout. Tell us the volume you want to land and we'll build it.

Where the price lands at volume

The ladder runs from $3.87 per can at one carton to $2.45 at 41 cartons and above — roughly a 37% swing between the smallest and largest tier. For a jobber that difference is the whole margin, so it's worth consolidating orders rather than drip-feeding them.

A worked example: 41 cartons is 3,690 cans at $2.45, and that is where the price stops dropping. If you're currently ordering 15 cartons at a time twice a month, combining them into one 30-carton order moves you two bands and costs you nothing extra in freight. The full ladder is here.

• Supply doesn't dry up. There is 3,000,000+ cans a month of manufacturing capacity behind the US stock. When a flavor takes off in your territory, we can keep feeding it.
• The formula doesn't drift. Same facility, same line, same spec on every reorder — not a trading house buying whoever is cheapest that month. Your customers taste the same product in March that they bought in January.
• One contact. Stock checks, pricing and reorders all go through the same person, in Eastern Time, same business day.
• Mixed orders. No per-flavor minimum, so a bulk order can still be 15 flavors deep across four strengths.
