Why a nicotine-free line matters

Every account you can't sell to today is an account that won't carry nicotine — whether by law, by landlord, by franchise policy or by choice. Gyms, campus stores, sports facilities, offices, general retail, convenience sites without a tobacco licence. That is a large market that a nicotine-only supplier simply cannot reach.

CapFuel contains no nicotine. It carries no federal age restriction and no premarket tobacco obligations, because it is not a tobacco product. For a distributor, it is the same route, the same van and the same delivery — against a customer list you currently drive past.

For reference, 100 mg is roughly comparable to a cup of coffee, and 50 mg to about half of one — though absorption through the gum is faster than drinking it, which is much of the appeal.

Compliance note

CapFuel contains no nicotine and is not a tobacco product, so PMTA and federal Tobacco 21 do not apply. State rules, retailer policies and any local restrictions on caffeine products may still apply, and those are the buyer's responsibility as always.
